Great news, Twin Cities!

NEWS FLASH! "Travels with Judy" is now available in yet another store or two near you--at least for those of you in the beautiful twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Pick up a copy at Moon Palace Books in south Minneapolis some bright and sunny spring afternoon. Then you can head down to Minnehaha Falls, find a soft patch of warm grass, and read about how I succeeded in finding Golden Valley, where Steinbeck so famously failed.

Or if you're east of the Mississippi, it is now available at Subtext: A Bookstore, or Common Good Books in St. Paul. (I understand Subtext has placed it in the honorable location on the counter right by the check-out register!) Pick up a copy and head to W.A. Frost or your favorite Grand Avenue bistro to read about my rainy-day adventures in discovering F. Scott Fitzgerald's birthplace just down the road.

It makes a great Mother's Day gift, too! (At least my mom liked it, anyway.) Cheers!

My first library book

I just received this most wonderful review! The church she's referring to is The First Christian Church in Beatrice, Nebraska, where my mother used to be the church secretary. As a kid, I spent many hours in that library doing my homework while I waited for Mom to get off work. I couldn't be prouder to hear that "Travels with Judy" is now residing there.
